Find the people
Help identify two dependable people of stature who have the time, temperament and willingness to become KCU-approved volunteers.
FRIDAY, BODMIN → WEDNESDAY, ST AUSTELL
Rebecca, Pauline and Timothy: Friday did not create a commitment. It created knowledge, connection and a real possibility—the possibility of helping St Austell open a local route to Kernow Credit Union.

WHAT CHANGED ON FRIDAY
Rebecca and Pauline met Susie, Wendy and Rose—the people who already operate the Bodmin Service Point. They saw the human scale of it. Both have said they intend to join Kernow Credit Union. That is a beautiful and important first movement.
It does not mean either has agreed to operate a St Austell Service Point. It does not mean a venue has been selected. It means the possibility can now be examined by three people who have actually looked through the door.
THE INVITATION
Not as assumed operators. Not as figureheads. Not yet as directors. But as a small Founding Stewardship Circle that helps the right beginning become possible.
Help identify two dependable people of stature who have the time, temperament and willingness to become KCU-approved volunteers.
Help judge a welcoming, accessible St Austell venue—without treating any present possibility as already selected.
Quietly recognise one family for whom a trusted introduction could open a new door, with dignity and without publicity.

KEEPING THE LAYERS CLEAR
The Service Point belongs in the direct relationship between its community and Kernow Credit Union. KCU approves the volunteers, opens the accounts and administers membership. The local operators make that route human and reachable.
COMMUNITY ONE
Community ONE succeeds only when Milestones 1–7 have been delivered—and when the pauses between them have protected what matters. Six members is the activation marker between Milestones 1 and 2.
Growth must never outrun dignity. The breaks are part of the method—not an interruption to it.
03
ONLY AFTER PROOF
Bridge Across Community does not need to be placed in front of the St Austell Service Point. Its legitimacy must be earned behind it.
After Community ONE proves the seven-milestone pathway, BAC can open its bank account, raise funds responsibly, document what worked and support the next community. That is the moment when becoming directors could carry defined purpose, rather than merely carrying a title.
“First, help one community do it properly.
Then earn the right to carry it elsewhere.”
FOR WEDNESDAY MORNING
Would the three of us like to hold this possibility together long enough to discover whether the right two operators, the right place and Family ONE can be found?
No titles on Wednesday. No promises extracted.
Just truth, possibility and the next right step.
